Maybe with xupnpd, but I don't build this currently - I use NFS...

You can now use the xupnpd as plugin. Just download it at the Extras Menu -> Offline/Online -> Addons
You must start the server by yourself. Edit the file /var/etc/voremu.sh and add
/var/etc/init.d/xupnpd start
After a reboot, the xupnpd should be working.

I don't know, because I use only NFS with a real NAS (for Movies) with BSPlayer or tiMote with VLC/BSPlayer (for TV) at Android, not the insecure UPNP. You should not use the UPNP connection over internet, because UPNP/DLNA is a security risk. A "Smart-TV" (e.g. Sony Bravia) connects normal over DLNA or UPNP (via WLAN/LAN) and will show the recorded files and the TV Bouquets...
