The framebuffer itself is working. Without you can't see any menu. Only the switch for 1920x1080 is not working, but how i sayed, this is not a real problem. Maybe the box does not support this or you have not the actual neutrino version.

SIG/SNR: Have you tried satfind at telnet if there are values shown?

Maybe Tuesday I have a DM820 for a while for testings.

Thanks for testing.

The org. satfind reads from driver low values, for SNR 1700 and for SIG 135. But they are too low, result 0..2 %, because max. is 65535. For 50% must be a value 32767...

Tuesday I should get a test box. Maybe I can change something...

I can't fix this without full serial log.

Are the values for SNR/SIG nearly the same how e2 or too high/low? I added just a multiplicator for the low driver values.

Yes, you can use for defaults:

./make.sh dm820

or

./make.sh 84

next just use ENTER key.

I build with

./make.sh 84 1 3 1 1 - - - 3

Then final

make neutrino && make flashimage

I don't build the neutrino-plugins, and they are not changed for the dm820 and may not work.


EDIT: Just ignore the error from cross tool for the cache/path. This is normal.

I hope you have exec once as root the ./prepare-for-bs.sh - this is important.
