dear master spark_BS-DDT-rev1081_HAL-rev1134_NMP-rev12190_31.01.2018-17.06.zip in this structure bootlogo Why does not work

Because there is no loading / showing command for bootlogo in the image.
At all it starts so quick, that bootlogo don´t make sense for me.

How do I start the bootlogo command?

After the drivers were loaded, you may use:
showiframe /var/boot/bootlogo.mvi &
And this process MUST be killed before the neutrino start command with:
killall showiframe

oder bei mir im image gucken da stehts drin . auch die stellen wann laden wann killen

ebenso plugin für bootlogo an aus
und mehrere bootlogos auswechseln

Would you give the bootlogo executables and you'd better write where to dismiss
