Re: DuckBA for Sparks
Mr j00zek, My name is Fundidun and I belong to Team Spazeteam, develop images to stb,s Azbox, Vudu and now want to start with stb Spark.
Our plugins are scheduled to Open Pli images, and would like to adapt to these stb.
We do not have the source to get started programming and I've seen you this adapted.
Could you tell us, where is the source to clone Git and start working?
So we can all help in trying to adapt this type of stb Openpli.
I show our generic Web, so you can see what kind of work we do.
http://www.spazeteam.eu/site/
We welcome your news and thanks for assist us.
PD:I sent this email to your https://gitorious.org/~j00zek
This afternoon i test Spark Hybrid Openpli 4170, in my receiver Golden Meida Reloaded and is more stable

Re: DuckBA for Sparks
Hallo,

Re: DuckBA for Sparks
Hi,

Re: DuckBA for Sparks
I have installed the DuckBA Plugin on my HDMU E2 image (Golden Media Spark Box). I can see the entry DuckBA in the main menu.
But regardless of all configurations I do with the windows tool (naming the boot partitions and "activate" them, I don't see any additional entry in the running DuckBA Plugin menu. It only shows the E2 NAND Flash, but this image is booted anyway!
What could I have missed to make the additional partitions selectable in the DuckBA Plugin?

Re: DuckBA for Sparks
I thought I did this.
The images are extracted on a usb stick. The partions are shown in the j00ztalator-tool under windows, using the "configure multiboot" entry.
Here I choose "activate image". Every message j00ztalator gives me indicate that
a) a kernel "is installed"
b) the choosen partition is setup for boot.
But even after rebooting the box, I still cannot see the partitions prepared in this way in the menu of the DuckBA-plugin. I once got it working with an earlier image of HDMU, but now I fear I still miss a step?!

If yes, something is wrong with your plugin then. I know there is a version on HDMU forum which seems to work. (I don't use this plugin at all, so cannot help with it)

Re: DuckBA for Sparks
I guess not. Activating an image and then answering yes to the question, if the box should reboot, makes the box reboot but it always boots back to the Enigma Image installed in the main Flash.
Maybe the additional images aren't properly installed although there is no error message indicating this?
