Rootfs.tar.bz2 and kernel.bin are not needed. You should display the real filenames and not hide known extensions. This is most a problem for finding problems. But test also a e2 image to flash. I think the problem is the USB device. I installed another image (Openatv 6.4) with the usb and it works

Use a small USB device with Fat32, not vfat or exfat. Sure you have created the directory h7 ? Inside h7 you should have the files disk.img and imageversion.
