I have also made some local changes for the extras menu (options missing) and the online update for flash maybe working. But this I will see tomorrow.

The creepy box is now here, but there a many problems...

1. A serial log is possible, but only until
INIT: version 3.09 booting
INIT: Entering runlevel: 3

Then no in/output possible. I can't reach the box via serial. Only at rescue mode the serial connection works normal.
Because there is no "BIOS" for some settings available - the old DM800/0 have this with the second stage bootloader - so i can't change the boot source (flash/sdX) and not set manually a ip.

2. The kernel will not be updated with flashing the tar.xz, only root. The kernel seems to be hidden in flash0.kernel partition.

3. I have also the black screen at first start, but only if SD channel. On HD channel theres a picture, but no OSD menu. With MENU - 1 - 3 a neutrino restart and the screen works complete.

There is a problem with the kernel, not working. I have flashed the kernel manually via rescue mode (seems the only way) and the box wont boot. If I flash the org. kernel of the last DM Image, the box booting. This may be a problem...

Why don't you try the images on the external flash first, and after making sure the image works, put it on the internal flash

Hmm, semms no different between both, because the kernel may always loading from flash. And also the kernel from oatv does not working. Start is OK, but then nothing.

The 2 biggest problems still not fixed (kernel and start problem of neutrino) - but some small parts now fixed.
- online/offline update working (only lokal, not for GIT)
- oled now working for messages outside of neutrino, booting etc.
- fix event device for the tools/plugins (sysinfo, tuxcom etc.)
and some other more...

There is an other problem. If you try a H265/HEVC stream -> freezing of neutrino. killall -9 neutrino in telnet works - or if my image [OK] and 4-8x [MUTE].

This is not the same and runs not directly via neutrino. A WebIf stream is a "pass through", no relevant internal functions are used, the stream is 1:1 transmitted.
