DuckBA for Sparks

DuckBA is a multiboot like solution, which gives possibility to easily switch between images installed on USB sticks/hdds.
Currently it's in form of windows application, written as the proof of concept, but fully functional.
So if you like testing and experimenting with new images, but don't like flashing your tuner continously, it is probably for you.
The detailed instruction, how to exctract images/build bootmenu and activate items is included into a zip file.
You can also find several USB ready images here.

Hat das jemand von Euch zum Laufen bekommen? Aufspielen der Images auf den Stick klappt, aber ich kann die Images unter "Manage Multiboot" nicht einlesen und demzufolge nicht aktivieren.

Habs leider noch nicht getestet, da ich erstmal die Images alle durchgebaut habe und die erstmal nach und nach testen will.

Yes, Polish people are using it without issues. There is also new version 0.9 which works also with USB-HDD.

First of all, tuner has to be started from Enigma in flash. Multiboot doen't work from Spark
Then to activate image in mulitboot you have to:
1. press read button
2. For image installed on sda1 partition put it name in the first row
3. press Add button. After a while "Activate" button will be enabled
4. press Activate button
5. reboot tuner.

mal auf die schnelle ne kurze Erklärung:

Stick am PC mit dem Progr. CreateMini Formatieren/Partitionieren (ist dabei siehe /files)
Stick an die Box
jooztalator.exe starten
Konfig machen u. Speichern
Extract Image, Image auf dem PC auswählen (Images zum Down siehe Beitrag #1)
Manage Multiboot /Lesen/device,Name,Addieren /Aktivieren

It works on my Pingulux. The problem was the Flash-Image. DuckBA dont run with HDF-Image in the flash. I dont know why., but so is it.
I put AAF-Image in the flash and it run. A verry nice tool. Thanks.

..ich selbst hab mich mit der Version 0.91 nach etwas herum testen für:

RSP
PKT
BP-Neutrino

auf dem Stick entschieden

alles andere ist mir zu "stressig"...keinen Bock da herum zumachen....hab übrigens immer das aktuelle Evolux als E²/Neutrino direkt auf der Box...bei anderen kann es sicherlich auch ggf. ganz anders aussehen..

Habe getestet mit BPanther, funktioniert genauso.
Habe mal 3 Image geladen, Evolux, Titan 1.2. und test-ghostblack.

Die ersten beiden funktionierten einwandfrei, bei Evolux auch onlineupdate sowie wechsel zu E2 und zurück, das test-ghostback startete nicht.
