Hab die letzte Zeit das zusätzliche Problem das die Kiste nicht runterfährt.

Display zeigt Box abschalten, sonst keine Reaktion.
ftp und telnet geht. Da kann mann dann runterfahren.

Die Meldungen mit dem ...can't unmount... sind dabei normal da versucht wird, wirklich alles zu unmounten. Wenn das nochmal passiert, versuche mal bitte per Fernbedienung den Not-Neustart (OK und 8x POWER). Sollte das noch funktionieren, hängt der in der unmount Schleife fest, wenn nicht, ist es noch etwas später. Mir fehlen nämlich die Fehlermeldungen von sh zwecks kill pid.

Okay, werde ich testen wenn ich das Glück habe dabei zu sein. Im Moment hilft Powertaste festhalten bis er neu bootet. Ich selbst habe es nur einmal gesehen.
Könnte das ev. mit dem logging zu tun haben ?
Falls ja, an welcher Stelle sollte ich SoCat dann abschießen?

Normalerweise sollte das loggen nicht stören - solange der Puffer nicht überläuft, also sämtliche Ausgaben auch von der seriellen Verbinung abgenommen (Datei oder Anzeige) werden. Zudem ist socat sicherlich extern, also nichts was direkt auf der Box gestartet wurde hoffe ich doch mal. Das würde ja dann einfach nur keine Daten mehr bekommen.

EDIT: Da ich befürchte, daß socat doch eine zusätzliche Datei auf der Box ist, anbei eine neue bp-shutdown für /usr/bin, Rechte 755. Die killt auch das dann noch.

Hi, ja das Gedächtnis ...
Doch, Socat startet direkt auf der Box und schreibt auch auf die Platte. Allerdings gab es da noch nie Probleme.
Das läuft ja unauffällig seit der passende Treiber für die Schnittstelle von dir eingefügt wurde.
Das Shutdownproblem kam sehr viel später und tritt ja unregelmässig auf. Der Kumpel vom Timerproblem, ein Team sozusagen .
Ich habe das wie gesagt, das erste mal gesehen. Sonst erzählt man mir das nur, und ich kann in den Logs nix finden.
Aber ich teste das an.

Wenn es eine Verbindung geben sollte, muss das Zufall sein.
Das Image wo der cp210x als usbtreiber dazu kam war völlig unauffällig.
Imho trat das beim vorletzten und aktuellem Image auf, aber ich bin halt nicht der einzige der das Ding bedient.

Denn ich hatte Probleme auf meiner epg 913 diese befindet sich im Softstandby, wen nich die aufweckte und über das Menu ausschalten wählte ist diese nach "speichere epg" nicht in den Deep gegangen.
Sondern zeigte im VFD wieder den Sendernamen an, keine Reaktion auf FB, terminal zugriff ok aber selbst dort konnte ich Box mit init6 nicht einmal mehr abwürgen da half nur noch Schalter aus.

Ist nur eine Vermutung meiner seits.

Denn ich hatte Probleme auf meiner epg 913 diese befindet sich im Softstandby, wen nich die aufweckte und über das Menu ausschalten wählte ist diese nach "speichere epg" nicht in den Deep gegangen.
Sondern zeigte im VFD wieder den Sendernamen an, keine Reaktion auf FB, terminal zugriff ok aber selbst dort konnte ich Box mit init6 nicht einmal mehr abwürgen da half nur noch Schalter aus.

Ist nur eine Vermutung meiner seits.

Auf Nachfrage ist sowas ähnliches hier wohl auch schon passiert. Beim Versuch die Box in den Deep zu bringen ist Sie wohl runtergefahren
und dann neu durchgestartet. Allerdings nicht bedienbar danach.
Da das wann nicht bekannt ist, kann ich nicht gezielt in den Logs suchen.

Ja, das ist richtig, vorne und hinten fehlt immer was. Systembedingt.
Anfänglich hab ich mit nem AndroidPhone geloggt, danach mit nem Raspi.
Iss zu aufwändig, deshalb läuft das nun auf der Box selbst.
Im Prinzip suche ich ja nur das Timerproblem mit den Aufnahmen, da reicht das.

@FS: Den Patch habe ich nicht in Verdacht, denn Neutrino wurde ja korrekt beendet und die Box hängt sozusagen erst danach wie es scheint.

@DBO: Eben das mit dem fehlendem Runlevel Switch verwunderte mich auch, was eher auf die Basis bzw. Scripte als Problem schließen läßt, nur habe ich da schon lange nichts mehr dran verändert. Anderseits, durch die andere Art zu loggen wiederum normal, da zu disem Zeitpunkt eigentlich alles beendet sein sollte, daher sind solche Meldungen nur noch beim echten seriellem Log zu sehen. Es kann ja auch nichts mehr geschrieben werden. Vielleicht ist auch das das Problem für socat, so daß der dann blockiert. Daher habe ich den shutdown auch angepasst, damit auch das noch gekillt wird.
Viele Timer kommen auch bei mir ab und an mal vor. Allerdings bleibt die Box bei mir fast immer an, kein Standby, egal welcher. Nur mal ein gelegentlicher Neustart bei Updates oder auch um den Speicher sauber zu halten.

In dieser Datei kann dann jeder noch eigene Dateien eintragen (Zeilenweise oder durch Leerzeichen getrennt), die beim Shutdown zusätzlich gekillt werden sollen - so wird das flexibler. Muß dann aber manuell in der backup.conf nachgetragen werden, wenn man diese Datei benötigt.

Sieht dann so im seriellem Log aus für erfolgreich. Fehler werden nicht mehr angezeigt falls ein gesuchter Prozess nicht existiert:

Vorhin wieder passiert (Movieplayer und Tuxtext wurde genutzt)

Beim Versuch mit Ok und Standby ist die Box dann beim 4ten mal Standby rebootet ( * Reboot *).
Beim Versuch danach normal runterzufahren gibts aber nen Fehler 139 der sich bei jedem Versuch wiederholt.
Also über Einschalter rebootet , danach wieder gut.

Logs bringen wohl nix.

Der Fehler 139 ist allerdings nicht in deinen Logs, der kommt nämlich direkt von Neutrino - also vor dem Shutdown der Basis - und müsste gelistet sein.

BTW: Den Mocieplayer nutze ich selbst öfter, TuxText allerdings nie. Streaming kommt bei mir ggf. noch in Frage um nen bissel Musik im Hintergrund zu haben.

Hi, ja das mit dem 139er müsste vor dem Start oder nach beenden des Log passiert sein.

Wenn ich weiß das es reproduzierbar ist hänge ich das Tablet ran und logge das komplett.

Scheint nicht reproduzierbar zu sein,
diesmal lief der Reboot sauber durch.
Allerdings erst beim 2 Versuch.
Beim ersten (ok und 4x power) reboot, Display dann dunkel und dann nur noch ca‐ci -> GetNumberCISlots.
Ratzfatz 2 MB Logfile mit der Info .
Fazit , die Box mag diese Tastenkombi nicht
Ich werde dann demnächst testweise das Socat abschalten.

OK - 4x POWER macht nach spätestens 5 Sek. einen reboot, genauso als wenn man das per Telnet eintippern würde. Klappt das nach 5 sek. nicht, wird der reboot mit -f erzwungen. Der muß also immer funktionieren solange der Wächter noch im Hintergrund arbeitet. OK - 4x MUTE schießt hingegen nur Neutrino ab, falls es mal festhängt. Und zuletzt gibt es noch OK - 4x MENU zum entsperren der Fernbedienung, falls ein Plugin mal abgestürzt ist und die Fernbedienung blockiert bleiben sollte.
Der Fehler 139 muss von Neutrino selbst kommen, kein externes Programm würde diesen ausgeben.
