With latest flash image rev 4087 stm-24 I made manual search of 23,5E satellite and received a lot of various HD channels.

I use Neutrino 4105 stm22 with Oscam also and do not have any problems with HD channels. Most probably the problems lies in your Oscam files. When you do not have the correct oscam.dvbapi then you can have problems with opening channels.
