so gemacht getan geht aber nicht als was muss ich die apspeichern hab se als alle datein abgespeichert

Warum liest Du denn nicht mal, was ich geschrieben habe? Es geht nicht mit Editor oder Wordpad, es müssen linux-format-kompatible Programme benutzt werden wie Notepad2 oder Notepad++ etc. Ansonsten wird die Datei unbrauchbar. Hättest Du das mit einer anderen wichtigen Systemdatei gemacht, würde nicht mal mehr das Image starten.

ich hab diese datei mit dem notepad++ bearbeitet und als alle datein gespeichert aber nix passiert muss ich nicht doch noch irgendwo angeben das 2 displays sind, die hängen über usb hub dran

ich glau ich seh was falsch sein könnte nur komm ich net mehr an die orginal unbearbeitet conf ran ohne das image neu aufzusetzten

sieh mal und das hab ich mit dreamexplore geändert könnte da der fehler liegen

Warum nimmst du denn nicht die org. Datei als Vorlage und änderst nur diesen einen benötigten Punkt? Die org. Datei kannst du ggf. aus einem USB-Image dir holen. Nach der korrekten Änderung darf die Datei lediglich 1 Byte kleiner sein sofern nichts weiter geändert wurde, ansonsten wurde sie wieder falsch abgespeichert.

So sieht sie vollständig dokumentiert aus mit 2 LCD nebeneinander - auf die Box übertragen muß sie exakt 6232 Bytes haben.

ok dann danke für die hilfe habs probiert läuft aber net

Muß funktionieren, habs ja hier selbst getestet. Ist die Datei auch genau in der Größe wie ich es angegeben habe? Ansonsten wird es wie mehrfach geschrieben nicht funktionieren.

also ich hab mir die conf aus nem usb image geholt den punkt eingetragen und einfach nur auf speichern (überschreiben) gedrückt, aber ich glaub ich vergessen zu erwehnen das ich das hdmu image nutze

Beim HDMU keine Ahnung, da mußt Du dann schon da fragen ob es möglich ist oder ob die Datei woanders liegt etc.

die liegt in etc. ich dachte das es da einen unterschied gibt aber datei ist datei oder könnt es ander firmware liegen die auf dem lcd ist

Nein, die Firmware dürfte egal sein (die kenne ich allerdings nicht), denn nicht die macht die Ansteuerung sondern das Image selbst bzw. der Treiber der Box.

Gegenfrage, überträgst Du die Datei auch Binär über FTP ?

Da die Datei die richtige Größe hat, sollte das schon passen. Zwischendurch hatte er ja auch 2x das gleiche in der Darstellung, das wäre mit der Standard-Datei der Fall und zeigt auch, daß es möglich ist - nur irgendwas wird da anderweitig falsch laufen.

Hmm..Damit kenne ich mich nicht aus, ich nutze FileZilla und dort kann man einstellen das Dateien im Binärmodus übertragen werden.
In wie weit das der dreamexplorer macht keine Ahnung.
Wie BP schon schrieb, am besten im HDMU mal nachfragen
